The final decision regarding a refund will be taken by Hornbillmart.com. Investigation may take 3-4 days for international deliveries.

It is practically impossible for Hornbillmart designers to replicate the exact colors of an outfit as seen on your monitor. Variation in the shade selected by you is considered normal, as these garments may reflect different shades under different lighting, weather, type of camera used for photography, or monitor settings. Every customer who orders an outfit from Hornbillmart is assumed to be aware of this genuine limitation.
